• When a unit stops at the pit, the office shows the same start time. The work order keeps that time until the unit returns to service.
• PM follows the SMU and the calendar. A 250-hour service comes due from the meter, not from a date set in advance.
• Availability for the last 30 days uses the shift hours at that site. A pit that runs a 20-hour shift is counted on those 20 hours, not on 24. The monthly PDF uses that figure.
• When the signal is lost, the phone keeps the open job until the signal returns. The technician can still start the job, complete it, mark the checklist, and add a photo. Issuing a part requires a connection, so the quantity on the shelf stays correct.
