Manual

Admin and planner

You prepare the fleet and the plan. The technician does the job in the field. The store takes the part off the shelf. You start with the site, the unit, and the job.

Sign in with the email your company gave you. Office is the sidebar. On a phone, open the menu.

Field, in the sidebar, is the phone layout. Office, in the field header, brings you back here.

Sites

  1. Add a pit, a workshop, a camp, or a plant. The code is unique in this company.
  2. Shift hours are the planned working day. A pit is often 20 hours. A workshop is often 10. Use 24 only when the site really runs all day.
  3. The dashboard uses these hours when it calculates availability.

Units

  1. Add a unit at a site. A fleet code looks like HT-012. SMU is the hour meter.
  2. A saved SMU cannot be lower than the previous reading.
  3. The status is Running, Down, Standby, or On PM. Down is an unplanned stop. On PM is planned work. Standby means the unit is available and not at work.
  4. A change of status asks you to confirm. Choose Back and the unit stays as it is.
  5. Open a unit to see its jobs, how long each one was down, and the SMU recorded when the job closed.

The shelf

A part belongs to one site. The same code at another site is a separate row. On hand is the quantity on the shelf. Minimum is the quantity you want to keep, and a short row is marked.

The admin and the planner edit the catalog. The admin can issue a part to a job. The planner cannot. The store issues parts and can return them.

PM

  1. Add a PM schedule on a unit. Set an interval in SMU hours, in calendar days, or in both.
  2. Due soon means the service is within 50 SMU hours or 7 days. Overdue means the next SMU, or the next date, has passed.
  3. Open a PM job when the service is due. A running unit changes to On PM. A PM job does not start the downtime clock.

Jobs

  1. Open a job on a unit. Breakdown sets the unit to Down and starts one downtime clock. A second breakdown, on a unit that is already down, does not start another clock.
  2. Other does not change the unit's status.
  3. Assign a technician. The job then appears under My jobs in Field.
  4. Start moves the job to In progress.
  5. Waiting for parts holds the job when a reserved part is short of the shelf. The downtime clock keeps running. Resume puts the job back to In progress.
  6. Complete asks for the closing SMU. The reading is required, and it cannot be below the SMU at the start of the job. Set the unit to Running or Standby. Leave the downtime blank to use the time since the job was opened.
  7. Cancel closes the job and stops the downtime clock. The unit's status does not change.
  8. Each of these actions asks you to confirm. Choose Back and the job stays as it is.

Other office work

On an open job, write the checklist for the work. The assigned technician marks a step when it is done. A mark made without a signal stays on the phone and is sent when the signal returns.

A photo is a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file, up to 8 MB. A job holds 20 photos. A photo taken without a signal stays on the phone and is sent when the signal returns.

People shows who can sign in. An admin adds a person with a name, an email, a role, and a password. The admin can set a new password, or turn sign-in off. Leave the password blank to keep the current one. A new password signs that person out of any other session. The jobs and the log stay. A planner can read the list.

Delete removes a site, a unit, a PM schedule, a part, a person, or an open job only when nothing else uses it. A record that already has work on it stays. Turn that record off, or cancel the job. Delete asks you to confirm. Choose Back and the record stays.

The dashboard shows the last 30 days, and then what needs attention now. A report covers one site and one calendar month, in Jakarta time. Download the PDF from that page. If fewer than three breakdowns started in the month, MTTR and MTBF are shown as a dash.

The log shows who started a job, held it for parts, issued a part, or closed it. Opening the log changes nothing.

Your sign-in

My account sets a new password after you enter the current one. Other sessions are signed out. In Field, the person icon opens this page. Forgot password, on the sign-in screen, sends one link. The link expires in 30 minutes. Sign out asks you to confirm. Choose Back to stay signed in.
