Manual
Words
These are the words Jagalat uses for a fleet. Fleet codes, SMU, and PM are written the same way in both languages. This page says what each word changes.
The unit
Running means the unit is at work. Down means it stopped for a reason that was not planned. Standby means it is available and idle. On PM means the work is planned service.
SMU is the reading on the hour meter. A reading that has been saved cannot go backwards. The closing SMU is the reading taken when the job ends. It must be the same as the opening reading, or higher.
The job
A breakdown was not planned. Opening one sets the unit to Down and starts one downtime clock for that unit. A further breakdown does not start a second clock.
A PM is planned service. Opening one sets a running unit to On PM, and it does not start downtime. Other is work that leaves the unit's status as it is.
Open means nobody has started the job. In progress means it has been started. Waiting for parts means a reserved part is short of the shelf, and the downtime clock is still running. Complete closes the job and sets the unit to Running or Standby. Cancelled closes the job and stops the clock. The unit's status stays as it was.
A job number looks like WO-26-0002.
Parts
On hand is the quantity on the shelf. Minimum is the quantity that site aims to keep.
Reserve sets a quantity aside for a job. It does not reduce what is on hand. Issue reduces what is on hand. Return puts some of it back.
A part is critical when it is below minimum and is still reserved on a job that is open, in progress, or waiting for parts.
The numbers
The figures on the dashboard cover the last 30 days. Availability compares the hours down with the hours that were scheduled. Scheduled hours are the number of days, multiplied by the shift hours at that site, multiplied by the units that are active. A day is not counted as 24 hours unless the site runs for 24 hours.
PM compliance is the share of due PM jobs that were closed on time.
A monthly report is one site and one calendar month, counted in Jakarta time. The current month runs up to today. MTTR and MTBF are shown after three breakdowns have started in that month. Before that, the report shows a dash. The PDF is that same report, and the file stays in English.
Confirm, the log, and this device
Start, complete, cancel, waiting for parts, resume, a change of unit status, issue, return, suspend, and sign out all ask you to confirm first. Choose Back and nothing changes.
The log records a start, a hold for parts, an issue, and a close. Reading the log does not change a record.
On this device means this phone has no signal. Jobs that were already opened are still there. A start, a completion, a photo, and a checklist mark are sent later. A part can be issued only while the phone has a signal.
