Manual
Supervisor
You direct the work on units that are already in the fleet. Sites, units, PM schedules, and the parts catalog stay with the admin and the planner. You open the job, assign it, and close it.
Open a job
- Open Jobs, then Open job. Choose the unit, write a title, choose the type, and assign a technician.
- Breakdown sets the unit to Down. PM sets a running unit to On PM. Other does not change the unit.
- Confirm when the type will change the unit. Choose Back and the unit stays as it is.
While the job is open
- Start moves the job to In progress.
- Reserve a part when the work needs one. The quantity is held for the job, and the shelf does not change. The store, or an admin, issues the part.
- Add the checklist steps. You and the assigned technician can mark a step done. A mark made without a signal stays on the phone and is sent when the signal returns.
- Add a photo while the job is open. A photo taken without a signal stays on the phone and is sent when the signal returns.
- Set the job to Waiting for parts when a reserved part is short of the shelf. The downtime clock keeps running. Resume puts the job back to In progress.
Close the job
- Complete needs a closing SMU at or above the reading from the start of the job. Set the unit to Running or Standby.
- Cancel closes the job and stops the downtime clock. The unit's status does not change.
- Confirm the action. Choose Back and the job stays as it is.
- You see the jobs for the whole company, not for one crew only.
